Food will be distributed to rescue groups, and feral cat feeders, when it's available.
Domestic cats and dogs: must be spayed and neutered. Proof: vet bills. NO FAX accepted. Proof must be scanned in pdf format & send by email as attachment.
Feral cats: must be spayed and neutered: vet bills,e-mail confirmation from FixNation, Best Friends Catnippers, Stray Cat Alliance.
Spliting transportation costs with other feeders, rescue groups.
No 501(c)(3) required.
Animal hoarders are NOT qualified.
Definition of Animal Hoarding:
More than the typical number of companion animals.
Inability to provide even minimal standards of nutrition, sanitation, shelter, and veterinary care, with this neglect often resulting in starvation, illness, and death.
Denial of the inability to provide this minimum care and the impact of that failure on the animals, the household, and human occupants of the dwelling.

Doggie's 911 and Rescuer's Helper are working together to provide FREE dog training to all volunteers for Harbor Shelter, Animals Rule Placement
Foundation, and Whiskers & Tails Foundation.
This is a FREE Dog Handling class, and is ONLY available to the volunteers of
the above organizations.
Volunteers must be over 18 years of age.
Volunteers must sign Liability Release Form.
Volunteers can only work with foster, and rescue dogs from Animals Rule Placement Foundation, Whiskers & Tails.
No dogs from Harbor shelter are allowed at CeeCee Training Academy, unless there is a written approval by Harbor Shelter Manager, and General Manager of Los Angeles City Animals Services. The written documents must be sent in advance and directly to Rescuer's Helper from both Managers.
